Marco Lanuzza received the M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering in 2000, and the Ph.D. degree in 2005 from the University “Mediterranea” of Reggio Calabria, Reggio Calabria, Italy.
From March 2001 until June 2002, he worked for Marconi Mobile S.P.A. (now SELEX Communications, a Finmeccanica Company) in Genova Sestri Ponente (ITALY) as HW Engineer of the R&D Tetra-Radiomobile division, working on FPGA-based designs for mobile radio.
Since June 2002, he joined the Department of Electronics, Computer Science and Systems at the University of Calabria as a Research Associate and, starting from May 2006, as an Assistant Professor of Electronics.
In the summer of 2004, he was Visiting Ph.D. Student at the University of Rochester, New York , USA.
His current research interests include ultra low-power CMOS digital and analog design, arithmetic circuits, reconfigurable computing and the design of digital/mixed-siganl/analog circuits in emerging technologies.
He has co-authored more than 70 papers published in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings.
He has served as Technical Program Committee member for different International Conferences in his research area, and as Reviewer for many International Journals and Conferences.
He is an IEEE Senior Member and an Associate Editor of Integration, the VLSI Journal.
